1) Applicant must have a current and up to date membership with the European Association for Cardiothoracic Surgery (EACTS)
2) Applicant must be proficient and fluent in English.
3) Only applicant who are in their final year of the cardiothoracic surgery training or applicant who just completed the training in the past 4 years.

Preferred Qualifications:
1) Any applicant who has previously engaged in any course or event hosted by the EACTS would be a high priority for the program.
2) Candidate who has an active and current membership of the European Board of Cardiothoracic Surgery (EBCTS) are also advised to apply for the program.

Exclusions:

1) Any Candidate who has received any form of fellowship from the Eastern Association for Cardiothoracic Surgery within the last 2 years would not be eligible for the program.
2) Any applicant who does not complete his/her application, makes an error in the application or used false details would not be considered for the program.
